 A few things to think about!!

How long will it take to get my carport delivered after I place an order?
Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks, fastest in the industry (depending on location) upon the date the order is received from the dealer.

How long will it take for my steel structure to be assembled?
Standard buildings are assembled in about an hour but it may take up to two days depending upon the size and type of structure.

What size do I need to make the concrete pad?
The frame size of the building is one foot shorter on the length than the building roof.  For example you want to order a 24X26 Fully enclosed garge the frame size will be 24X25.  Some people want to do a concrete pad a little bit bigger than the building just remember that there is a chance that water can go under the base rail if it has enough force and/or depending on the slope of concrete. You always have the option of putting a silicon sealant under the base rails. If you provide it at the site when the crew gets there they can put it on the concrete.

 Once an order is placed and the 10%-15% down payment engineered plans can be made available only for the certified and the raise seal plans can be purchased for $150 per set.

What are the dimensions of the carport outside to outside?
Width x Length x Height (ex. 18 x 21 x 6)
Length dimension is measured by the roof metal with 6″ overhang on each end. Therefore, the bottom base rail is one foot shorter than the roof. Width is measured from outside base rail to the other outside base rail.

What is the highest leg height I can order?
6’ is a standard leg height, we can use up to 20′ legs.The only rule is the buildings cannot be taller than the building is wide.  For example you cannot have a 13′ tall building if the building is only 12′ wide.

How much adjustment do you have to level your carport?
You about 2-3 inches to work with.

Why should I consider a vertical roof versus a horizontal roof?
The vertical roof lets water, snow, etc. run off quickly and does not let it pond up on the roof.

Can you add to a carport after it is already installed?
Yes. There may be an extra service charge depending on the amount. The original carport must be a Safeguard Metal buildings. In order to add walk-in or overhead or roll-up doors.

What types of anchors do you have?
We use 30″ rebar if it is in a ground installation.

We use Wedge Anchors if it is in a Concrete Installation.

Do I need a permit?
You need to contact your local building department.  If on property taxes you pay city taxes then you need a city permit.  Also if in HOA(Home Owners Association) need to check with them for approval.

Does color affect my price?
You can choose a different color top, trim, sides, and ends at no additional charge from our standard 15 color choices.

What payment methods are available?
We accept personal or cashier’s checks, money order, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Down payment is 10% for under $2000 or 12% between $2000 and $4000 or 15% over $4000

We can also RTO these buildings now. Must be at least $3000 to RTO.  With Terms from 6 months to 48 month.  No early payoff penalty.  Down payment is the same as full sale however they also add the first months payment

Installation of Concrete Anchors
